Episode 008: Kelda Wood MBE

After being crushed under a 1 TONNE (2200lbs) bale of hay that had landed on her head from a serious height, her Olympic dreams were shattered.

But what Kelda Wood MBE has done since that life-changing accident is nothing short of incredible.

From being the first adaptive rower to row the Atlantic - solo - to helping survivors of the Manchester Arena bombing and many others living with life changing injuries, illnesses or trauma with her charity Climbing Out, Kelda lives her life by her own personal mantra:

“It’s not about saying ‘I can’t’… It’s about saying, ‘how can I?’”

This is episode 8 of The Starting Line Podcast and we've been incredibly excited to bring this one to you all.
